Get ready for a fun-filled event featuring great competition in South Metro Atlanta!
Event Details
Doors will open for team registration at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2027.
This is a qualifying event for the Southeast Regional Championship and the RECF World Championship.
Area 9 NJROTC teams will be ranked separately for the Area 9 NJROTC Championship.
All registered teams are eligible for competition trophies.
Notebooks
Teams may submit their Notebook in paper or digital. Submit digital notebooks by Thursday, March 18, 2027, at 11:59 p.m.
Parking & Venue Access
Teams may park in the main parking lot in front of the school.
All teams should enter through the gymnasium entrance.
Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit area during the event.
Spectators should remain in the gymnasium to watch the competition.
Only team members, official volunteers, judges and referees are permitted on the competition floor.

7:30 a.m. — Doors Open; Inspection & Registration
8:00 a.m. — Coach Meeting
8:15 a.m. — Safety Briefing
8:30 a.m. — Qualification Matches Begin; Solo/Autonomous Flight Opens
All aircraft must be inspected by this time.
12:30–1:00 p.m. — Lunch Break
3:00 p.m. — Solo Matches Close; Qualification Matches End; Eliminations Begin
4:30 p.m. — Event Ends; Awards Ceremony
