Thetford Academy Robotics Haunted Harvest Tournament

Welcome to the Third Annual Thetford Academy Haunted Harvest hosted by Thetford Academy Robotics!

This event will be held in the gymnasium at Thetford Academy, located at 304 Academy Road, Thetford, VT, 05075. The pit area will open at 7:30am Saturday Nov. 7 and will be located in and outside of the gym. 

Teams should bring extension cords. Access to wifi may not be available. 

Concessions will be available for sale throughout the day. 

As we get closer to the tournament date, further information will be sent by email about event specifics and lunch options.

:30 to 8:30 am - Pits open, team registration and inspection

8:45 am - Event Meeting

9:00 am - Opening Ceremony

9:15 am - Qualification Matches and Judging begins. Skills Field open.

12 to 12:30 pm - Lunch break. Skills Field open.

12:30 to 2:00 pm - Qualification Matches continue. Skills Field open until the end of qualification matches.

2:15 pm - Alliance Selection

2:30 pm - Elimination Matches

3:15 - Awards Ceremony

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

The tournament will be held at Thetford Academy in Thetford, VT.

Free parking is available on campus. Teams may park in the school parking areas and unload robotics equipment near the tournament entrance.

Please allow extra time for parking, unloading equipment, and check-in.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds (less a $5 REC Foundation processing fee for each registered team) will be issued to teams who have registered and paid to participate in the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds (less the $5 REC Foundation processing fee) will be available to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event. No other refunds will be processed.
