General information

This is an in-person event for middle and high school Achieve Teams.  This is the fifth year we have hosted a robotics tournament with RECF.  We welcome teams from across New England and Canada.  Plymouth Regional High School is centrally located in NH, with students from Plymouth, Holderness, Campton, Thornton, Rumney, Ashland, Waterville Valley, and Wentworth.  Our community is very invested in STEM initiatives and enthusiastic about robotics.

12:00-12:30  Lunch & Solo Match Competition open

Judging format

We will do in-person judging with a digital engineering notebook.  Please provide an accessible link for the notebook to btedeschi@pemibaker.org before you arrive at the tournament. It is recommended that students bring a backup copy of their engineering notebook on a USB drive.

Travel information

Plymouth Regional High School is in central NH, located close to Interstate 93 (Exit 25 and Exit 26). It is approximately 45 minutes north of Concord and one hour from the Vermont border (via Rt 118 /Rt 25).  The school is a short distance from the downtown area and the shopping centers along Tenney Mountain Highway.  There are many restaurants and several hotels in the surrounding area.  A concessions area will sell a variety of food throughout the day, and a local vendor will be used for teams to purchase pizzas to be delivered to the school.  There is plenty of parking for teams and visitors.

If weather or a local emergency causes us to cancel the tournament or modify the schedule for this event, an email will be sent to the primary contact for the team by 5:30 AM on 12/12 or sooner.


Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Should the  Pemibaker Robotics Tournament be canceled, we will refund the amount of $70.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis under extreme circumstances, and a replacement team can be found to take your place.
