7:30 am: Team check-in and drone check-in
8:00 am: Skills field open for both Pilot and Autonomous Missions
10:00 am: Teamwork Alliance field open for round-robin matches
11:55 am: Pilot Missions closed
Noon: lunch
1:00 pm: Autonomous Mission and Teamwork Alliance field open
1:30 pm: Autonomous Mission closed
2:00 pm: Teamwork Alliance selection and Final Rounds begin
3:00 pm: Award Ceremony
Judging format
In-Person Interviews with Digital Notebooks: Only digital submissions of notebooks are accepted. The notebook submission deadline is midnight by Dec 5th, 2026. This pre-tournament deadline allows the judges to preview all the team notebooks prior to the day of the Tournament.
