We encourage new & experienced teams alike to get some very valuable season experience that will help propel you into a successful season! Come test out your design & programming ideas, make some new friends, and have a great time celebrating the changing of the seasons!

Judging format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

In the unlikely event of an emergency/weather situation, we will contact registered teams to discuss postponing/cancelling our tournament.

Refund policy

We are unable to provide refunds. However, if your team cannot attend and has already paid we will be happy to credit your entry to our next available tournament.
