Oak Crest Academy(OCA) welcomes teams to participate in the "SoCal Greater LA Achieve Tournament", we are a new EP this season with the RECF. As a new Event Partner, we hopes of running a fair event and help build a healthy competition ecosystem in Southern California — one where students do the work, rules are applied consistently, and every team is treated the same.

10:00 - Qualification match begins. Solo match begins. Interview starts.
12:00 - Lunch break
12:30 - Qualification match, Solo match, Interview resumes.
16:00 - Qualification match and solo match concludes.
16:15 - Alliance selection begins
16:30 - Elimination Matches
18:00 - Awards & Closing Ceremony

We have car parking on campus, it's right next to the venue.
Emergency information
Bad weather shouldn't be able to affect this event. But, just in case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible.
Refund policy
Travel
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Refunds
- Full refund if the team withdraws 4 weeks or more before the event.
- 50% refund if the team withdraws between 2 and 4 weeks before the event.
- No refund within 2 weeks of the event.
If the Event Partner cancels the tournament, teams will receive a full refund.
