2026-2027 ADC Qualifying Tournament 

Date: Saturday, November 21, 2026

Location: Terre Haute Regional Airport, 581 S Airport St, Terre Haute, IN 47803 

(Enter through Gate 8)

Event Info:

• Open to in- and out-of-state teams (see Regional eligibility below).

• Divisions will be based on registration. If enough teams register, we will offer an Elementary/Middle School blended division and a Middle School/High School blended division.

• Registration fee is due at sign-up.

• Safety glasses required.

• Event concludes by ~4:30 PM.

North Central Region:

• USA: IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, NE, ND, SD, OH, WI

• Canada: MB, ON, NU

• Only teams from this region are eligible for Regional Championship invitations. Out-of-region teams can still earn awards and post to global rankings.

Competition Preparation:

1. Review rules and inspection checklist (found in Documents tab) a week prior.

2. Pack the day before with: drone & remote, goggles/safety glasses, spare parts & tools, batteries & chargers, programming cable, power strip, laptop, digital competition logbook.

3. Safety first: fly only in designated areas. First violation removes you from judged awards; second removes the team from the event.

4. All participants must complete RECF Events Participation & Consent Form

Waiting List: If the event is full, add your team to the waitlist and contact the EP. If a spot opens, payment must be made promptly.

Walk-Up Teams: Not permitted. Teams must register before the deadline.

Event Cancellation: Updates will be posted on the event’s RECFEVENTS.org page.

Digital Competition Logbooks: Submit through the coach account on or before Friday, November 13, 2026 for judged awards.

Concessions: Concessions available for purchase; hospitality room available for designated guests. Nearby restaurants accessible.

Attention Spectators & Parents: Please note that seating is limited, so we encourage everyone to bring your own chairs to ensure a comfortable spot to watch the action.

Bring more teams and save! Registration is $50 for your first team. Additional ADC teams from the same school or organization are $25 each. ADC Pro is also just $25 per team when your school or organization has an ADC team competing at Turkey Dash.

Otherwise, ADC Pro registration is $50 per team.

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

• A refund of $50.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• No refund will be issued.
