HART WARS: THE FAST AWAKENS

Join us for a day of strategy, teamwork, and exciting aerial competition as teams come together across borders.

Featuring international teams for the first time!

THE WORLD TAKES FLIGHT AT HART, IN FULL FORCE.

• 7:30 AM: Doors Open, Arrival & Team Sign-In: Welcome staff will direct schools, industry partners/judges, and groups to assigned rooms to drop their items off. Breakfast items will be provided. Coaches, student competitors, industry partners, and judges are welcome to get breakfast and eat in their assigned rooms. Teams will then go to the main gym for check-in.

• 7:45 AM: Team Check-in and Inspections Begin 
• 8:00 AM: Piloting Missions Begin

• 9:00 AM: Welcome & Introduction, Flight Team Meeting and Match Schedule Creation 
• Note: Teams not checked in by this time will not be included in the Teamwork Match schedule for the day. 
• 9:30 AM: Teamwork Matches, Autonomous Flight Missions, and Judging Begin 

• 12:00 PM: Lunch Break for Teams - Lunch will be provided. Coaches, student competitors, industry partners, and judges are welcome to get lunch and eat in their assigned rooms.

• 12:30 PM: Teamwork Matches, Skills Matches and Judging continue 
• 1:30 PM: Teamwork Matches, Skills Matches and Judging End                             
• 1:45 PM: Alliance Sections
• 2:00 PM: Elimination Matches and Finals

• 3:15 PM: Awards Ceremony 
• 3:30 PM: Event Conclusion

Street parking is widely available around the school and is not a concern. If you have any travel or parking concerns, please notify AP Anna Raghubir at araghubir@schools.nyc.gov.

If severe weather or another emergency requires cancellation or a schedule change, registered teams will be notified by email using the contact information provided during registration. Updates will also be posted on the RobotEvents event page. Please check your email and the event page before traveling.

If the event partner cancels the event:
Registered teams will receive a refund of their registration fee, less the $5 RECF administrative fee and any unrecoverable expenses incurred by the event partner.

If a team cancels or withdraws:
No refunds will be issued for team cancellations, withdrawals, or failure to attend.
