The Pinnacle Bluegrass Battle is open to registered middle and high school RECF Achieve teams. Teams will compete in Solo and Teamwork Matches while also having the opportunity to showcase their work through judging.
We canβt wait to see Kentucky teams bring their robots, creativity, and competitive spirit to the field!
π Team Pizza: A team pizza order form will be sent to coaches the week before the tournament for teams who would like to participate.

Judging format
The Pinnacle Bluegrass Battle will offer judging for participating teams.
Judging will include:
- In-person team interviews
- Digital Engineering Notebook submissions
Teams will submit their digital Engineering Notebook links through a Google Form. The form will be sent to coaches by the Event Partner on the Wednesday before the tournament.
Please make sure your team has a completed notebook and is prepared for the in-person interview portion of judging.

Travel information
Parking: Entering from McClelland Circle, teams and spectators can park on the backside of the school and enter through the double doors at the Auditorium entrance. Please be sure to use the parking map and note the designated entrance for the Pinnacle Bluegrass Battle.
Emergency information
Refund policy
If Georgetown Robotics Club cancels the tournament, a full refund will be issued, minus the $5 RECF fee collected at registration.
If a team cancels after the payment deadline (January 6, 2027), no refund will be issued.
