General information

This tournament is open to Middle School and High School grade levels and while competitive will be supportive of all teams entered.  We want to ensure all teams have a great experience and fun, while still being competitive. We are located by the Connecticut shore on Groton Long Point Rd.

Judging format

Logbooks should be submitted in paper format at check-in.

There is plenty of parking in the front and rear of the Middle School for all teams and/or buses. 


Emergency information

EP: Ed Kay Cell: 401-225-2712 - Please do not hesitate to call if there is an issue the morning of the event or if running late/weather etc.

If there is adverse weather we will make the call as soon as possible, but will always err on the side of safety.   We will not have on-site medical but we will use 911 if an emergency arises. 

Refund policy

If a team withdrawals 48 hours in advance we will refund the registration fee. If an emergency arises we will address a refund on a case-by-case situation. If cancelled by Event Partner a full refund will made. No refunds for cancellation day of or within 24 hours of the event.  All refunds are minus the $5 RECF fee.
