7:00 AM- 8:00 AM: Team Check in, Inspections and Pit Area set up. 

8:00 AM: Fields open for practice

8:30 AM: Drone Team Captain's Meeting (Location: TBD) 

8:45 AM: Skills Fields Open for competition

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Communication Mission Interviews 

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Teamwork Qualification Matches

12:00PM - 12:30PM: Lunch 

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Teamwork Qualification Matches

1:40 PM- 1:50 PM: Teamwork Alliance Selection

2:00 PM- 2:45 PM: Teamwork Elimination Matches

2:00 PM: Skills Fields Close and Communication Mission Ends

2:45 PM - 3:15 PM: Judging and Awards (Subject to change) 

Please complete the Participant Release Forms for all team members prior to attending the event.

Hotel rates change frequently, so please check local hotels for current rates and availability before booking.

Parking

We welcome you to park at the Apex Field House. Signs are posted as you walk into the building to help you find your way.

On-site amenities

•  Workspace: Free Wi-Fi, tables, and chairs, with sweeping views of our fields

•  Central lobby: Gathering space, seating, vending, and a television

We will follow the sites specific protocol for emergencies. In the event of inclement weather, please stay tuned to RECFEvents.org for the latest updates. Teams may also opt to receive updates via email.

Refund

No refunds will be issued for event-related expenses.

Withdrawals

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, the following applies:

• Payment is final. Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given.

• Payment deadline. Teams that do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and may lose their spot.

• Special arrangements. If a team is allowed to remain registered after the payment deadline, it is still expected to pay in full, whether or not the team attends. Spots are unlikely to be filled on short notice.
