AIT Electric City Tier Takeover Scrimmage

9:00 a.m. - Buses arrive at AIT; teams will check in and proceed to their assigned tables. 

Robots need to pass an inspection before competing.

9:20 am - Welcome and announcements from the event partner and guests

9:30 am - Skills competition begins (Teams may begin as soon as the welcome and announcements are over and as soon as your robot has passed inspection; you will be allowed 3 attempts to get your best score.)

10:00 am - Qualifying Matches (We will run the scheduler as soon as all teams have arrived and have been inspected. We will do our best to start on time, but plan to be flexible.)

11:15 am - Lunch will be served outside the conference room. It may be ready as early as 11:00, so teams not competing can go when the announcement is made. We want to go in stages to avoid long lines and overloading the lunch staff volunteers. We’ll pick back up with qualifying matches approximately 30 minutes later.

1:00 pm - Finals

1:30 pm - Awards

Teams will be dismissed after the awards are given. We will try to be done close to 1:30 pm.

Judges will conduct interviews in-person.
