General information
We look forward to welcoming teams to Milton Academy for a competition on 1/9/2027. The event will take place in the Farokhzad Mathematics Center. We plan to have 2 competition fields, 1 solo field and 1 practice field. We will provide a pizza lunch for teams and coaches, 2 pizzas per team. There will signs for parking.

9:00 am - Welcome and Rules Overview
9:45-2:00 pm - Alliance and Solo Matches (Solo Matches end when the last Alliance Match is finished)
2:30 pm - Alliance Selection
3:15 pm Elimination Matches
4:30 pm - Awards
5:00 pm - Venue Closes
Judging format
Judges will review electronically-submitted notebooks during the week before the event. Notebooks must be submitted by 4:00pm on 1/1/27.
Teams will be emailed directions for how to submit notebooks at a later date.
Team interviews will take place at the event.

Emergency information
If the venue must close due to bad weather or other circumstances, we will try to hold the event on Sunday 1/10/27. Otherwise, a partial refund will be issued.
Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels: refunds, minus the event costs, will be issued back to teams.
If a team registers and withdraws or does not show: No refunds will be issued.
Teams with unpaid balances will remain on the waitlist until payment is processed.
All refunds will be minus the $5 RECF administrative fee.
