• 8:00 am Doors open, team check-in begins
• 9:30 Team check-in ends
  • Teams MUST be checked-in by 9:30, as the Match Schedule will be run at that time and CANNOT be re-run.
    If your team is running late, call the Event Partner or the match schedule will be run WITHOUT your team.
• 8:30 am Inspection begins
• 8:45 Solo Matches Begin
• 10:00 am Inspection ends
• 10:15 Team & Driver meeting
• 10:30 Qualification matches
• 12:00 Lunch break begins
• 12:45 Lunch break ends
• 2:40 Qualification matches & Solo Matches end
  • SOLO MATCHES WILL END IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE LAST QUALIFICATION MATCH
• 2:50 Alliance selection
• 3:15 Finals matches (Awards intermixed between rounds)
• 4:30 Final awards and closing

NOTES:

• Alliances will be 2 teams.
• All teams up to 32 will participate in the finals. (Note: Teams that decline invitations may inadvertently remove themselves from finals)
  • If there are an odd number of teams, the last-ranked team should still attend Alliance Selection in case a team withdraws due to a problem with their robot.
• All finals matches will be one-and-done (no best-of-three matches).

The main event is on the 2nd floor of the Memorial Student Center. The street directly in front of the Memorial Student Center (3rd St E) is a loading zone for teams to drop off items and students. Free parking is just down the street at Lot 29 (or Lot 18 or Lot 24). 

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Teams will be fully refunded minus a $5 processing fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams can receive a $75 refund if the Event Partner is notified before January 17th, 2025.  No refunds will be given after this time.
