I. TÍNH CHẤT VÀ MỤC TIÊU GIẢI ĐẤU

Sự kiện thi đấu trực tuyến Solo Remote được thiết lập như một giải đấu online nhằm hỗ trợ đặc biệt cho các đội tuyển bị cô lập về mặt địa lý hoặc cần luyện tập, cọ xát thực tế thêm trước khi chính thức bước vào giải đấu trực tiếp (in-person) đầu tiên của mình.

Trong mùa giải năm nay, Tổ chức RECF quyết định mở rộng cơ hội tham gia cho tất cả các đội tuyển Engage đã đăng ký trên hệ thống toàn cầu đang có nhu cầu cọ xát thực tế.

II. QUY TRÌNH ĐĂNG KÝ 

·        Đề xuất tham gia: Nếu khu vực địa lý của đội tuyển không có bất kỳ sự kiện thi đấu Engage trực tiếp nào và đội có nhu cầu thi trực tuyến, đội tuyển hãy chủ động liên hệ trực tiếp với Ban tổ chức để được xem xét đề xuất tham gia sự kiện đấu trực tuyến này.

·        Xác định lịch trình: Sau khi đội thi được đề xuất thành công, Đối tác Sự kiện hoặc Nhân sự của Ban tổ chức sẽ chủ động liên hệ để cùng thảo luận, thống nhất khung thời gian phù hợp nhất với lịch trình của đội thi chính thức trên hệ thống.

III. CẤU TRÚC VÀ THỂ THỨC THI ĐẤU TRỰC TUYẾN

·        Khung giờ thi đấu riêng biệt: Mỗi đội tuyển đăng ký thành công sẽ được Ban tổ chức phân bổ một khung giờ thi đấu chuyên biệt kéo dài đúng 30 phút để thực hiện toàn bộ lượt thi của mình.

·        Lịch trình vận hành linh hoạt: Các khung giờ thi đấu sẽ được sắp xếp linh hoạt trong khoảng thời gian từ 8:00 sáng đến 17:00 chiều. Sau khi đăng ký, các đội thi sẽ nhận được email chứa liên kết tự chọn khung giờ thi đấu mong muốn (mỗi đội đã đăng ký được chọn duy nhất 1 khung giờ, ưu tiên đội đăng ký trước chọn trước).

·        Nội dung thi đấu tối đa: Trong phiên thi đấu 30 phút của mình, các đội tuyển có cơ hội hoàn thành tối đa: 03 Trận đấu Điều khiển đơn (Solo Driving Matches) và 03 Trận đấu Lập trình đơn (Solo Coding Matches).

·        Giám sát và chấm điểm trực tiếp: Một Trọng tài trưởng trực tuyến (Remote Head Referee) sẽ trực tiếp điều hành, giám sát toàn bộ quá trình thi đấu của đội qua hệ thống camera giám sát trực tuyến và tiến hành chấm điểm chính thức cho tất cả các trận đấu.

IV. CÁC LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG ĐỂ CHUẨN BỊ

·        Nghiên cứu luật thi đấu: Các đội tuyển có trách nhiệm chủ động tìm hiểu, xem trước Sổ tay Luật chơi (Game Manual) chính thức của thử thách RECF Engage - Tier Takeover trước khi sự kiện diễn ra để sẵn sàng tuân thủ mọi điều khoản và yêu cầu kỹ thuật trên sân.

·        Kiểm định hệ thống thiết bị: Đội thi bắt buộc phải nghiên cứu kỹ lưỡng Hướng dẫn Đấu Đơn (Solo Match Guide) và tiến hành kiểm tra, vận hành thử toàn bộ các trang thiết bị yêu cầu (bao gồm camera, đường truyền internet, hệ thống kết nối) trước khung giờ thi đấu đã hẹn.

·        Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật: Đừng ngần ngại liên hệ trực tiếp với Đối tác Sự kiện của bạn nếu đội thi có bất kỳ thắc mắc nào hoặc cần hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong quá trình chuẩn bị.

I. EVENT NATURE & OBJECTIVES

This invitational Solo Remote Match event is primarily established to support teams that are geographically isolated or require additional structured practice and field experience before attending their first physical, in-person competition.

For this competition season, the RECF is officially expanding this opportunity to all registered Engage teams who find themselves in need of remote competition options to refine their match capabilities.

II. REGISTRATION & PROCESS

·        Remote Recommendation: If there are no physical Engage events in your local area and you require a remote event, please reach out to the organization. We can officially recommend your team for this remote event.

·        Schedule Coordination: Once your team has been recommended, our designated Event Partner or Staff Member will contact the team to determine which event slot works best with your schedule and get your team formally registered on the portal.

III. MATCH STRUCTURE & FORMAT

·        Dedicated Match Slots: Each registered team will be assigned a dedicated 30-minute competition time slot to execute all of their scheduled match runs.

·        Time Slot Allocation: Competition slots will be available between 8:00 AM and 17:00 PM. After successful registration, teams will receive an email with a link to select their preferred competition time (one slot per registered team, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis).

·        Maximum Match Runs: During their assigned 30-minute session, teams may complete a maximum of: 3 Solo Driving Matches and 3 Solo Coding Matches.

·        Remote Officiating: A certified remote Head Referee will oversee the entire competition session in real-time via the designated streaming setup and officially score all matches.

IV. CRITICAL PREPARATION REMINDERS

·        Reviewing the Rulebook: Teams are expected to thoroughly review the current RECF Engage- Tier Takeover Game Manual before the event starts to be fully prepared to comply with all applicable rules and requirements on the field.

·        Technical Setup Checks: It is mandatory for teams to review the official Solo Match Guide and run diagnostics to test all required streaming, network, and camera equipment before their scheduled competition slot.

·        Technical Assistance: Teams can directly contact the designated event partner if they have any questions or require assistance during the preparation phase.

Each registered team will be assigned a dedicated 30-minute competition time slot. During that time, teams will have the opportunity to complete up to:

• 3 Solo Driving Matches

• 3 Solo Coding Matches

A remote Head Referee will oversee the competition session and score all matches.

After registration, teams will receive an email containing a link to select their preferred time slot. Time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Solo Matches and Online judging and inteviews will be conducted for this event.

If a team registers but does not attend, no refund will be issued.

If the RECF Solo Remote Match event is canceled by RECF, the event will be rescheduled, and the team's registration payment will be applied to the rescheduled event.
