WELCOME!

The Belmont Bulldog Bash is back! This blended RECF Engage Tournament will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2027. Doors open at 7:30am. We will have RoboSource's Robosaurus available for team photos and will have part of the Aerial Drone Competition (ADC) Pro field set up for teams to look at.

Food: Teams can place orders for pizza; details will be sent to coaches prior to the event. Concessions will be provided with lots of snacks and drinks. 

Engineering Notebooks: Digital notebooks only. More details will be provided closer to the event date.

Tentative Schedule*:
7:30am:  Pits Open, registration opens
8:00am:  Inspection starts, practice fields are open
8:45am:  Event meeting 
9:00am:  Opening Ceremony
9:15am:  Alliance and Solo matches start, judging begins
12:00pm:  Lunch break (30 minutes, all matches and judging take a break)
12:30pm:  Alliance and Solo matches continue, judging continues
14:15pm:  Alliance selections
14:30pm:  Elimination matches start
15:15pm:  Awards and closing ceremony

Judging format

JUDGING: Ten-minute in-person team interviews will be conducted. 

NOTEBOOKS: Digital format. Deadline TBD. More information will be provided in the future.

Travel information

This event will be located at Belmont High School, 255 Seavey Rd, Belmont, NH 03220, minutes from Exit 20 (Tilton) and IH93. 


Parking is free and available in the parking area in front of the HS. Teams may pull up to the front of the building for loading/unloading equipment. Once done, vehicles must be moved to the parking area. An aerial map will be provided to coaches before the event. 

Emergency information

PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE FOR ANY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. In the event of bad weather or an unforeseen emergency, the event may be canceled or moved to another date. If that happens, coaches will be notified via email by 11pm on Saturday, January 16th. 

Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be reimbursed, minus the RECF administrative fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor or Team cancels and does not show: Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis under extreme circumstances OR if a coach/mentor cancels two weeks before the event (Sunday, January 3, 2027). No refunds will be granted after Sunday, January 3, 2027. 

Payment deadlines: Registration fees are due within one week of the event (by Sunday, January 10, 2027) OR with previous arrangements between the Coach/Mentor and Event Partner. (For example, the Coach/Mentor emails the Event Partner and says they will bring a written check or money order on the day of the event.)
