Welcome

To the FVL Experience! Teams of all ages will be competing in the RECF Robotics Competition hoping to take home the trophy and earn a spot in the Wisconsin Robotics State Championship.

Participant Consent Forms

All team members and coaches need to turn in a electronic Participant Consent Form.

Volunteering

We need lots of volunteers to make this event successful. We are asking that any program that registers more than 3 teams to the event to provide one adult volunteer to serve as a judge for each team past 3 teams registered. Please see the volunteer tab for more info and to sign up to volunteer.

Event Apparel for Sale

We will have special event apparel for sale at the tournament.

Parking and Event Map

All the events will take place on the lower level of the campus. Competitors and spectators may enter the building at entrance K.

Tentative Agenda (Final agenda to be published closer to event date):

Friday, February 12:

Setup: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Optional Inspection, Pit setup, and Solo Matches: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Coaches and parents asked to assist as they are able)

Saturday, February 13:

Doors Open: 7:00 AM

Registration and Inspection: 7:30 AM

Solo Match Fields Open: 8:30 AM (Solo Match Fields Close at end of Alliance Match Rounds)

Drivers and Coaches Meeting: 9:00 AM

Alliance Matches: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Alliance Matches: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Elimination Matches/Finals: 4:30 PM

Awards Presentation following Finals

Note: We will do our best to stay on schedule, but times may change depending on flow of event.

All registration fees must be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Any teams that cancel earlier than two weeks may request a refund minus a 20% fee.

Any teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event may not receive a refund.

Teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration. The registration fee will be non-refundable.
